General questions and answers for events and rides available
When making an enquiry please have the following information available;
- Date of your event,
- Approx. attendance,
- Venue address and details,
- Size of the area you wish the attractions to be sited,
- Is the area grass or hard standing,
- Is the access suitable for the attractions you are hiring( Large rides are trailer mounted and on average are approx. 8ft wide and 40ft long) the entrance/gate to the venue needs to be appropriate.
Q. Do you attend small events?
Yes, you can hire our attractions for any size events
Q. I am organising an event and not sure what documentation I will need?
We can provide all the necessary documentation upon request and help you with the process.
Q. How long do you need to set up and dismantle the rides?
Large rides will ideally need 2 days set up and 1 day dismantling. Although this is not always the case. Smaller attractions can be set up and dismantled in 1 day.
Q. Do we operate the rides ourselves if we hire them from you?
We never leave our rides to be operated by anyone else. Our experienced staff will stay with the attractions at all times and operate them.
Q. How much notice do you need to book a ride?
We attend events every weekend so we are really busy. We suggest you book as soon as you have a date to avoid disappointment.
Q. Do you supply catering?
We can supply traditional candy floss, pop corn, pick n mix, ice cream, Hot and cold drinks, Hot dogs and burgers stalls. If there's something else you require, just ask.
Q. Do you hire inflatable slides ?
Yes we do. For children aged 3 years and over.
